My take on postnatal yoga

Most commonly people think that postnatal is only the first few months after having a baby. You can’t un-give birth. The body of a woman who has gone through the birth experience is always considered postpartum. For this reason, it took almost 10 months to grow and nurture a human. Be compassionate with yourself. Whatever your goals are postpartum, I support you! Relax. Restore. Strengthen. Stretch. Be.

Because each birth story and each woman is unique, I believe that one on one sessions provide a wonderful way for a mama to care for her mind and body. Class format is mindfully + safely designed around your requests and needs. These can easily be done from the comfort and convenience of your own home while your baby naps or plays nearby. Includes a 30 minute phone call/virtual call with me to map out our first few sessions together. These can be 30 or 60-min in length. Discount offered if purchasing multiple sessions.
