Warm Slow Flow Yoga
Slow down.
There’s enough “fast” and “do more” in life. Have you tried to slow down to be fully present in your day? (I’m talking to you, moms!)
This class is a balanced practice that promotes strength, relaxation and mindfulness. It is excellent for beginners, women who have recently had a baby and want to get back to some movement, or the advanced yogi.
The room is a comfortable 80 degrees. Class moves at an intentionally slower pace.
