I am a homeschooling mother of two, a holistic birth doula, a (not woo-woo) prenatal yoga instructor and follower of the true Jesus.
I am a self-proclaimed “crunchy mom” always seeking out natural remedies and the healing properties of herbs. I combine yoga (movement and breath work), my knowledge of birth and my crunchy lifestyle to help women connect deeply with their body, mind and baby.
